Electrolux has officially opened its new Electrolux Experience Center in Bangkok, reinforcing the company’s strategy to elevate consumer experiences in Thailand through the integration of design, innovation, and modern living.

Located on the ground floor of the Electrolux Thailand Building on New Phetchaburi Road, the opening ceremony was led by Caleb Kuan, Vice President, Commercial Area Asia, Electrolux Group, and Alexis Richard, General Manager, Electrolux Thailand, alongside H.E. Anna Hammargren, Ambassador of Sweden to Thailand, as well as executives from the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SweCham) and Business Sweden. The event highlighted the strong collaboration between Sweden and Thailand in home appliance innovation and sustainable development.

“Consumer expectations in Asia are evolving rapidly. Today’s consumers are more connected, better informed, and seeking more than just products. They are looking for solutions that fit their lifestyles and improve everyday living,” said Caleb Kuan. “Our new Experience Center reflects that shift, representing how we are evolving toward a more experience-led approach – integrating innovation, design, and sustainability into the way consumers live, cook, and care for their homes.”

Alexis Richard added that the opening marks another important milestone for Electrolux in Thailand.
“For 48 years, Electrolux has grown alongside Thai consumers, partners, and communities. Inspired by Scandinavian design principles centered on simplicity, sustainability, and human-centered thinking, this modern space allows consumers to experience how our Taste, Care, and Wellbeing solutions come together to support modern lifestyles,” Alexis said.

The new Bangkok Experience Center will serve as an important model for future consumer engagement and experience-led retail development across other markets in Asia. It also reflects Electrolux Group’s long-term commitment to Thailand, supported by strong local operations, including its manufacturing facilities in Rayong, which serve both Asian consumers and markets around the world.
